On the theme of a "Late Afternoon Tea", I marked the 2nd anniversary of Boutique Binetna on October 24th. In a North African and Middle Eastern atmosphere, I was able to make discover to the guests some pastries from 4 Montreal companies representing the diversity of the regions that I want to promote with my boutique: Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and recently the Middle East!

When I launched Boutique Binetna, I wanted to showcase the talent of North African artists, both creators living in North Africa and those from the diaspora, all that in a warm atmosphere of sharing. Creators believed in my project and followed me throughout. During these two years, I was able to make to evolve the concept and I decided to extend it to the Middle East, because there is so much intertwining influence. That's why new designers have been added to the boutique; always to present you my discoveries.

During the evening, the friendly Dana, Montreal perfumer for her Jazmin Saraï line, presented an olfactive workshop. She introduced us to the scents of jasmine, rose, and neroli, asking us what these smells remind us of. It was a beautiful moment of sharing and discussion.

In the end, we couldn't celebrate the store's anniversary without cake. Meriem from Mon Secret Gourmand created a beautiful cake for the occasion. Our wish for the boutique : to continue to make you discover the hidden talents and to make you (re)discover these cultures through arts and crafts.

Thank you for your support and I look forward to seeing you at an upcoming event! Stay tuned!
