RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can only return items if the items are purchased are damaged. Exchanges and refunds are allowed under the conditions below.

ONLINE SHOPPING
The receipt for the item and its original packaging are required to make an exchange or refund. Sales items, special orders and jewellery are final sales Please note that delivery charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packets.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
For defective items received by delivery or by post, the delivery or shipping costs for return or exchange are paid by Boutique Binetna.

We are not responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the wrong return address.

For any returns, please contact the owner of Boutique Binetna first and follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@boutiquebinetna.com and explain us the reason for you return. 
2. Please include the date of purchase and any details relevant to explain the return.
3. After we have approved the request, we will email you the instructions on how to return the product.
4. Make sure you notify us after you have sent the merchandise. This way we can follow up accordingly and make sure your merchandise won’t get lost in the mail.

Exchanges and refunds are made upon receipt of the goods. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange or refund is processed. In the event that the goods cannot be exchanged, we will refund you.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods do not meet our return policy.

In the case of a shipment, the original shipping costs are not refundable.

MANDATORY STATE OF ORIGIN
Products that have been returned must be in the same condition as they were in when they were delivered to you or purchased from a branch in their original packaging.

The returned goods must not have been used and must be in their original condition and packaging with their labels, instructions and inserts.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN
Boutique Binetna assumes the shipping costs insofar as the products you have ordered are delivered damaged or defective or with an error. In any other case, you are responsible for the shipping, handling and packaging costs necessary to return an item.

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
You can cancel your order at any time before it is processed by contacting our customer service department. However, as soon as the order is shipped, it is impossible to cancel it. Please refer to the "Returns" section on this page for the procedure for returns.
